Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. 1. Introduction
  2. Welcome to Shop-Uniquely. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Shop-Uniquely, a sole ownership business registered in the UAE under DED License No. 1598553. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.


  4. 2. Products and Descriptions

    • Handmade Nature: Our products are pen-plotted using real ink. Minor variations in line texture or ink density are a natural part of the artistic process and make each piece unique.
    • Specifications: All artworks are provided in A4 size unless otherwise stated. Frames are available in Wood, White, or Black finishes as specified in the product description.


    5. 3. Made-to-Order & Customization

    • Most items are produced upon receipt of your order.
    • For Custom Orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information/images. We reserve the right to decline custom requests that infringe on third-party intellectual property or contain inappropriate content.


    6. 4. Pricing and Payment

    • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.
    • Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our secure payment gateway.
    • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.


    7. 5. Shipping and Delivery

    • Coverage: We provide shipping within the UAE and to select international locations as indicated at checkout.
    • Timeline: Since items are made to order, please allow 3 - 5 business days for production before shipping.
    • Liability: While we use secure packaging, Shop-Uniquely is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities for international orders.


    8. 6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

    • Made-to-Order Items: Because our blueprints are produced specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
    • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken frame glass), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or a repair at no additional cost.
    • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.


    9. 7. Intellectual Property

    All designs, blueprint layouts, and website content are the intellectual property of Shop-Uniquely. Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Shop-Uniquely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
